2005 chevy trail blazer problem?

the ac is not working the blower motor works it just wont turn on by the switch and the lights on the dash are coming on to also(they are the ones i listed) the 4wd,and ABS lights are on and they wont work either the fuses are under the left side back seat and they are not blown they just are not getting power to them this is just one of a few fuse boxes in it but the 4wd,AC,ABS fuses are all in the same row they are the ONLY ones not getting power along with a few more fuses in that row (there is like 2 more fuses in that row) once again there is not a problem with any parts they are just not turning on or working but if you take them out and hook them up to a tool we have they work fine i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or knows what it could be
