CHRISTIANS: HOW DO YOU IGNORE THIS?

Are you just about through showing off your knowledge of Bible scripture and acting holier than thou? Get a life. Considering how many times the Bible has been interpreted in how many languages and by churches that have wanted to promote their own political agenda, I can't be certain that what the Bible says today bears any resemblance to what was actually said or written at the time. Any Biblical scholar will tell you this. When you're through with your sanctimonious sermonizing and pious platitudes, you may want ot remember another passage, Matthew 5:5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. There is also something about "Vengeance is mine sayeth the Lord." and the 23rd Psalm that says "forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us." You may want to take these lessons to heart and display a bit of Christian humility. What makes you think you have all the answers and that you are without sin? That's just plain pompous and arrogant, not qualities that Jesus would admire. Get over yourself. You're no better than anyone else and have no better chance of eternal afterlife.
