Honda civic 2001 kills and stops?

Every time I stop my radio AC and all the lights on my dash go out. The ABS & SRS battery and check engine light is on. Every time I sit too long at a stop it kills power. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?? I have changed the battery already. Please help me.
