Ramadan: In Islam, is GOD omnipresent?

No in Islam we believe that God is "omni cognizant" as in his cognizance is everywhere but not omnipresent in the sense that he is physically limitless, this idea is consistent with that verse and the various ayah and Hadith that ascribe to him a location (above the throne).
