Can u take legal action against someone for mispronunciation?

so last Christmas, I decided to go visit my grandma. She had recently moved to California, and I live in New York. There's no way I was driving, so I decided to get a planet ticket. Well I ended up getting the last ticket. The plane was full. I had never been to California, so I thought I'd go all out and go first class. So of course, they board first class first. As I was boarding the plane, the lady was real sweet and welcoming the people by name by looking at their ticket. She looked at my ticket, and said, "Thank you for flying Delta, La, we look forward to you flying again with us--" and I heard a few snickers and I said, "excuse me? My name ain't La... it's La-a. The dash isn't silent." And she was like, "Oh. I'm so sorry..." but I could tell she wasn't. I was humiliated in front of all the other people waiting to board and I was wondering if there was any way I could sue her to make up for the emotional trauma I had to go through?
