I got into a car accident, not my fault!?

I got into an accident today & it was not my fault. I had the right of way and was doing the speed limit but she cut in front of me and by the time I saw what she was doing, I beeped the horn for her to move but she didnt even look til I hit her. I broke the dash board with my knee and hit my head. No major injuries but the cop said it was her fault. My insurance towed my car and my insurance is paying for a rental. I looked at the paperwork the cop gave me and her car was a rental and it just says self insured. I had a mechanic look at my car just to give me an idea and he says it looks like a total loss because of the chasity. Of course I have to wait and see but I am nervous. This was my first accident & I havent even had my car for a full 31 days. I was actually going to pick up my tag from the dealer. Anyone have any ideas about what happens in this situation!
