Tumblr dashboard, help please?

As you know, we got a new dash. I used to have followchechr, but now it doesn't work on the new dash. I was wondering either if you had the link to the old dash and how to put it in so I could have it back, or how to check if who you follow is following you, like followcheckr that will work with the new dash. Please help? Thank you!
