Were vehicles that used the Panzer IVs tread base like the Stug IV also fitted with track wideners?

Just wondering from a modeling perspective. If yu could tell me if any of the following used them, it'd be great. Stug IV, Jagdpanzer IV, And the Hummel/Nashorn. Thanks!
