Where to buy COMAND system for mercedes?

I am looking to buy the comand system that comes stock with newer mercedes cars. I have a 2004 c230 coupe and am wondering first if the system will be compatible with my current dash board display and steering wheel controls. and secondly where could i find one? i heard of someone finding one in a junk yard for cheap. but where on the internet.
