Why am I following Christ if I'm not baptized? Is it really my fault that my mom refuses to take me to church?

Who said you cannot get baptized because you aren't 18? I have seen children as young as 5 be baptized. Go speak to your pastor or priest about being baptized and they should be able to set that up for you. The baptism is a SYMBOL of the Christian's rebirth as a Child of God. It is not required. There are many Christians who have all the faith in the world and they haven't been baptized. God is not going to send you to hell just because you didn't have a preacher hold you under the water of the river. God might have a quirky sense of humor but even He isn't that cruel.
